Implementation of Anti-Corruption Treaties and Standards (IMPACTS)

In 2020, we collaborated with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) to study anti-corruption treaties that The Gambia had ratified (including the UNCAC and the AUCPCC) and assess the degree to which the domestic laws comply with them. We developed a report on our findings, with recommendations on the domestication and implementation of the pending anti-corruption measures as per the treaties. Learn more here.
