Marr is an expert in Advocacy, Anti-Corruption, Budget and Government Research. He has vast experience working with governments, civil society and international organisations advancing democracy and good governance in The Gambia and beyond. Marr has successfully led many groundbreaking projects under Gambia Participates since the country’s transition to democracy in 2016. He also works as a Budget Research Expert for the International Budget Partnership under its Open Budget Survey.
