On October 31st, 2025, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs tabled the 2026 Executive
Budget Proposal (EBP) before the National Assembly of The Gambia. The government is expected
to raise a record revenue of D59.3 billion in 2026, with D9 billion of the total revenue to be raised
through domestic and external loans.
