Muhammad Chaw is an ICT and Digital Forensics specialist who leads Gambia Participates’ civic-tech infrastructure and digital communications ecosystem. He oversees the development of open-data platforms, transparency and accountability tools, citizen-reporting applications, election-monitoring systems, and public data dashboards. His role spans ICT management, multimedia and branding, digital security, and end-to-end product development. Through his work, Muhammad builds secure, scalable, and user-centered technological solutions that strengthen governance and deepen citizen engagement.
